This collection contains RNA-seq data generated by the Geuvadis consortium. The data includes mRNA and small RNA sequence data for over 460 samples from the 1000 Genomes project, including samples from five of the 1000 Genomes populations (CEU, FIN, GBR, TSI and YRI). Further information is available in the publication by Lappalainen et al. in Nature. A data browser is also available from Geuvadis and the data is present in ArrayExpress.

The data in this collection is from cell lines generated from samples collected by the 1000 Genomes Project. These cell lines are available from the Coriell institute.
