Long-read direct RNA-seq data generated using ONT are now available for 60 lymphoblastoid cell lines from the 1000 Genomes/Geuvadis project.
Raw sequencing data are available through ENA under accession PRJEB76585. BAM files, transcript quantifications, m6A modification calls, summary statistics and analysis code are also available.
